Why am I being charged a late fee of $156 on the first day the bill is available on My Connections in the Family Portal? Isn't the purpose of this connection to avoid things like this? Not good Drexel. Not good.
I had the same issue with being charged a late fee when the quarter charges just showed last week on parent portal. And continually the scholarships do not show on my bill except they show in financial aid.

We had this happen in the fall quarter. They said it was a glitch in their system. I called and they fixed it right away.

yes the FAFSA has to be completed every year. I think the deadline is on the website . ? sometime in June
