I'm trying to access the billing portal to pay my daughter's bill. She has given me access, but my login is not working. When I click forgot password, the new password is not coming to my email address -- which I checked and is correct. I tried to log a question through ask.drexel.edu but it is requiring an 8 digit ID - which I also do not have. I tried calling the number, but gave up after holding for 30 minutes. Is there a support number or contact specifically for using the ebill portal? Thanks,
