Dear Members of the Drexel Community,

I hope the fall term has been productive and fulfilling, and that you are looking forward to a refreshing Thanksgiving break. As we begin preparations to celebrate this year’s graduating class, I am pleased to share that our University-wide Commencement ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Citizens Bank Park. Please mark your calendars and feel free to begin sharing the date with family and friends. A livestream will also be available for those who cannot attend in person.

As in previous years, we will also host three days of in-person college- and school-specific ceremonies from Wednesday, June 10 through Friday, June 12.

Additionally:

• The College of Medicine ceremony is planned for the Academy of Music on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
• The Pennsylvania College of Optometry ceremony is scheduled for the Academy of Music on Thursday, May 21, 2026.
• The Thomas R. Kline School of Law ceremony is scheduled for the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, May 29, 2026.

A full schedule and future updates will be posted on the Commencement website. While we do not expect adjustments, please note that event details remain subject to change.

This will be my first Commencement as Drexel’s president and I am truly looking forward to celebrating our graduates, honoring their accomplishments and recognizing the many ways they have contributed to our University, our partners, the city of Philadelphia and communities around the world. It will be a privilege to share this milestone with all of you.
