The Drexel Housing Application for returning students (rising sophomores and above) opens on Saturday, Feb. 1 to apply for housing Drexel residence halls and fraternity/sorority houses for the 2025-26 academic year. Returning students who apply by May 15 will have the $200 housing application fee waived! Students and families are invited to review the article “2025-26 Drexel Housing Options for Second-Year and Upper-Class Students,” which includes resources to help students of any class level make an informed housing decision. Additionally, Drexel Housing is hosting a webinar on Thursday, Jan. 23 at 7:30 pm EST specifically for current first-year (rising second-year students) who wish to better understand their residency options for their second year.
